Two years since his last fight and 51-year-old Herschel Walker is seeking one fight for the UFC before he concludes that part of his life.UFC president Dana White isn't sure if that request will happen and has to check if Herschel has a Zuffa contract.
"I've never even thought about it, but I'm assuming he's under contract with us from the Strikeforce deal, so I don't know," said White during the UFC 158 media scrum.
The former Heisman Trophy winner went 2-0 in his short career. Both wins came by TKO and was out of Strikeforce. He defeated Greg Nagy in early 2010 and a year later did the same to Scott Carson.
Due to his age, White said Walker would have to be approved by an athletic commission before possibly competing. If he was to compete for the UFC, he would be the oldest person to ever fight for the promotion.
