– According to a report, a new bill was proposed in the Pennsylvania State legislature that would create a mandatory fine of $5,000 for anyone who cuts themselves with a blade at a wrestling event. The bill is being aimed specifically at “hardcore style promotions” according to the report.

Nikki had been spotted on crutches at recent RAW tapings along with a photo making the rounds online of her in a wheelchair.
