– According To Sources, This Sunday at Battleground, Cody Rhodes and Goldust will look to not only regain their jobs but also save their father’s, when they battle the team of Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. Regarding Goldust’s official contract status with WWE, he has signed a short-term deal.
- With Monday’s RAW drawing one of its worst ratings figures in the last fifteen years (a 2.68 cable rating, with an average of 3.58 million viewers over the course of the show), there are people within WWE speculating that Vince McMahon will resurface on television sooner rather than later. The motto in WWE has always been that when ratings are down, you “bring back a McMahon.”
Original creative plans call for the Chairman to return sometime in November.
