John Harbaugh and the Baltimore Ravens have reportedly agreed to terms on a four-year contract extension.
During Thursday's Football Night in America telecast, Mike Florio, via Pro Football Talk's Michael David Smith, revealed that the contract extension will run through 2016, paying Harbaugh almost $7 million per year.
That serves as a sizable increase over his last deal, which reportedly paid him $4 million per campaign.
According to Smith, Harbaugh is now the fourth-highest-paid head coach in the league, coming in behind Sean Payton of the New Orleans Saints, Bill Belichick of the New England Patriots and Andy Reid of the Kansas City Chiefs.
After coming on board as a slightly surprising hire in 2008, Harbaugh has enjoyed unrelenting success in Baltimore, compiling a 54-26 record in five seasons.
