jersey shore being sued
Jwoww from "Jersey Shore" is being sued for more than $150,000 ... all because she never warned her landlord that she planned to let the show film inside her pad ... this according to a new lawsuit.
According to the suit, Jwoww leased a pad on Long Island back in 2008 from a guy named Stuart Levine. But after she moved in, Jwoww opened her doors to 495 Productions to shoot scenes for the very 1st season of "Jersey Shore"
Levine claims he had NO IDEA Jwoww allowed the shoot to take place until the show aired. He also insists she does NOT have the authority to use the house for commercial filming.
Now, Levine is demanding more than $150k from 495 and Jwoww.
So far, no comment from 495.

u.s troops secret revealed
Life isn't all bad for our heroes in uniform in Afghanistan ... especially when they encounter MASSIVE marijuana fields as these photos show ... but we've learned these photos have triggered a military investigation.
A bunch of guys who appear to be soldiers whipped out their cameras ... and their weapons ... and posed for a bunch of pics while out on patrol in Kabul recently.
No word on the identity of the soldiers ... or when the pics were taken. Note -- the photos DO NOT show any of the soldiers smoking the weed, but there is a shot of the guys decorating the inside of their vehicle with cannabis leaves.
We spoke to U.S. Army officials ... who tell us the situation is "being looked into" ... noting, "The U.S. military takes allegations of drug possession, transfer, distribution, and use very seriously."
The Army also notes that Afghan anti-drug units, aided by international security forces, have resulted in a tremendous increase in drug seizures over the past year.
Ironically, the baseball caps 2 of the soldiers are wearing are as problematic as the weed. Soldiers caught wearing non-military issue headgear can get in big trouble.

country star flips out on his bus exploding
Country superstar Jerrod Niemann-- the guy who sings "Lover, Lover" -- is lucky to be alive ... after his tour bus caught fire and then exploded after a performance in Tennessee.
According to reports, Niemann -- along with his band, his father and his uncle -- had just got on the bus when his friend Lee Brice warned everyone about a possible fire on board.
Everyone quickly got off the bus ... and a short time later there was an explosion followed by a fireball that engulfed the back of the bus.
As the bus was burning, Jerrod, Lee and another friend whipped out their middle fingers and took a pretty rock star pic in front of the blaze. Jerrod later tweeted, "Thank the good Lord that @leebrice was here tonite or I'd be Freddy Krueger."
Officials are still investigating the cause of the blaze

apple comes out with a new i pad 3
Apple execs took the stage at an event in California Wednesday to unveil the third iteration of the company's wildly popular iPad tablet, which features a stunning new high-resolution display that could rival a home television set.
“You all have an HDTV at home, 1080p — an iPad has more pixels. That’s incredible,” said Phil Schiller, senior vice president of worldwide marketing at the unveiling. No other mobile gadget has yet matched that display power, Schiller said.
"We’re going to bring it to the 9.7-inch screen of the iPad. This presents a problem for us though … for the first time an iPad has a higher resolution than even the display behind me,” he said.
Just don't call it the iPad HD. Or the iPad 3, for that matter. Schiller, CEO Tim Cook, and the various Apple execs who took the stage never named the newest member of the family.
