it all starts when A women in this video says adios after a judge tells her to leave then recalls her back where he gives her a 10,000 $ bond. She gets mad about it by walking off giving him the middle finger. He is upset by that & gives her 30 days in the county jail. This all goes down around the 

NEW Court Ruling: Judge Rosinek lowered her bond to $5,000, but she'll still have to serve the 30-day sentence. If she successfully completes a rehabilitation program, her case will be dismissed.
