Carlos Condit's next fight could be a rematch with Nick Diaz, if the former interim champion had it his way."I want to be in good fights, with a lot of hype and a lot of buzz, and a rematch with Diaz and myself would interest a lot of folks," said Condit on MMA Junkie Radio.
The top welterweights met at UFC 143 with Condit taking a decision that could have gone to either fighter. A rematch was addressed immediately following the February 2012 contest, but Diaz's failed drug test ended that thought.
Condit later dropped a welterweight unification bout to Georges St-Pierre. The same thing happened to Diaz when he challenged in March.
Condit is thinking about taking the summer off and Diaz has teased retirement.
