White was irate after the Nevada Athletic Commission gave Georges St-Pierre a split decision victory over Johny Hendricks in a battle for the UFC welterweight title.
“Nevada’s a very scary place; it’s the worst commission on the planet,” said White, during the post-fight show on FOX Sports 1. “I am afraid to bring fights to Las Vegas. I never thought I would say that about this city, the city I live in, a city I love; it’s the worst commission on the planet.”
White added that he gave Hendricks the fight and had St-Pierre winning “only the third round, that’s it.
“The commission, these guys….just despicable. This city is scary. It’s not the scoring system, it’s the judges. Look around the Octagon at who is judging these fights. The Nevada State Athletic Commission has a lot of work to do,” he said. “It makes me sick.
“They better start figuring it out.”
“GSP will not retire after that fight,” White stated. “He owes it to the fans, this company, Johny Hendricks to do that fight again.”
