After his knockout of Nate Marquardt, Jake Ellenberger believes he should be in position to challenge for the UFC welterweight title.Others feel Johny Hendricks, who was passed over by Nick Diaz recently, deserves the next shot. Ellenberger disagrees, and posted so on Twitter after UFC 158: St-Pierre Vs. Diaz Saturday night.
"I would run through Johnny Bumdrix faster than a pool shark late for a train," Ellenberger posted.
Ellenberger is on a two-fight win streak and is 8-1 in his last nine overall with the lone loss a TKO defeat against Martin Kampmann last year.
