It didn't end the way anyone likely expected, but Michael Bisping scored a victory over Alan Belcher Saturday night in the co-main event of UFC 159: Jones Vs. Sonnen.Bisping was awarded the technical decision after an eye poke rendered Belcher unable to continue in the third round.
The two had plenty to say to one another in the lead-up to the fight, but Bisping and Belcher appeared to end the feud afterwards.
"I try to promote fights," Bisping said. "I am here to entertain you guys. That's the main thing. I know you enjoyed that fight."
Bisping used his conditioning to remain the stronger fighter into the final round, sticking and moving - while also avoiding Belcher's power punches.
"I'm not going nowhere," he screamed. "You better believe that."
