Pat Healy picked up his seventh consecutive victory, and first inside the Octagon, Saturday night at UFC 159: Jones Vs. Sonnen.In a hard-fought battle with Jim Miller, Healy secured a rear-naked choke with just over a minute left, choking Miller out and earning his 16th submission victory.
"I've been waiting seven years to get interviewed by you Joe Rogan," an excited Healy said. "I've been through so much. You can't question my heart. No matter what, I'm always gonna be in the fight."Healy previously fought for the  in 2006, falling to Anthony Torres. The loss came only a few months after a win over former interim UFC welterweight champion"Bam Bam" worked his way to the No. 1 contender spot in Strikeforce's lightweight division, but never received his shot at Gilbert Melendez due to "El Nino" suffering a shoulder injury. The promotion folded, and Healy came over to the UFC."All those 155-pounds, I'm putting you on blast: I'm coming for ya," Healy stated.
