Former UFC light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans isn't going anywhere despite a recent loss to Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. In fact, "Suga" has an opponent in mind for his next fight."Shogun (Rua)," said Evans, while on the UFC 157 post-fight show on FUEL TV Saturday night. "It would be a great fight and something to see. Shogun, where you at? Call your manager, call Dana White. It's on!"
Evans cited an injury early in his fight with Nogueira as a reason for his lack of offense. He was returning to the Octagon for the first time since a loss to Jon Jones for the UFC title in 2012.
Rua was recently defeated by Alexander Gustafsson, as the former UFC champion had hoped to work his way back into title contention.
