According to MMA Sun reporter Jason Coles, Patrick Cote and Hector Lombard will be named coaches on the next international season of The Ultimate Fighter.The show would feature Canadians against Australians. The UFC has previously put together TUF: The Smashes, which boasted Australians vs. fighters from the United Kingdom, and TUF: Brazil.
Coles stated an official announcement could be coming soon.
Lombard (32-4-1), a former Bellator champion, has gone 1-2 since joining the UFC, including a loss to Yushin Okami earlier this year. Cote (19-8) is a former No. 1 contender and has posted back-to-back wins since a loss to Cung Le last year.
