Ronda Rousey continued her whirlwind media tour with an appearance on UFC Tonight Tuesday evening. The UFC female bantamweight champion faces Liz Carmouche this Saturday night at UFC 157: Rousey Vs. Carmouche.Rousey has yet to be pushed out of the first round in her six-fight MMA career, and if she has anything to say about it, the first female fight inside the Octagon will not go longer than any of those previous bouts.
"I'm interested in winning as quickly and efficiently as possible," Rousey said. "If that's through striking and that's the first opportunity, then I'm going to go there. But, if I see the first opportunity on the ground, then I'm going to go there."
The former Olympian has won all of her fights via armbar, but that isn't something she focuses on as the bell rings to start the match, as she stated, "It's not like I walk in planning an armbar because I want to have a legacy."
