- John Cena did a quick interview for FOX Business and revealed his character generates $100 million per year for WWE. Here is the highlights:
* Walking away from WWE
"A lot of these athletes that are married to their sport think this is going to last forever," Cena stated. "Then they blow out an ACL, they look around when they're 35 or 36 and their career is coming to an end and they act like the income stream is going to continue."
* His Thoughts on JBL
"He's one of the few people that as I was coming up and trying to make a name for myself, he actually believed in me," Cena said of JBL. "He'd say, 'the kid's got something,' and everyone else would say, 'no way.' And here we are years later."
