WWE.com has an article up announcing that Kofi Kingston was injured at last night's WWE Smackdown TV Tapings. According to Spoilers Ryback beat him down & that's when the injury accord.
WWE medical physician Doctor Michael Sampson stated that the attack caused more damage to Kingston’s already-existing elbow injury.
Kingston will undergo surgery tomorrow (Thursday) and is expected to be out of action for 4 to 8 weeks.
